1- Submit the application to a public service office using the standard form and attaching all the required documents.
2-Register it in the bureau and transfer it to the competent directorate .
3- Examine the accident site by the Traffic Safety Directorate and the concerned  Directorate of Works and evaluate  the damages and their value through assessment and submit a report.
4- Address the insurance company if the vehicle is  licensed and insured in order to collect the damages’ value .
5- If the vehicle is not licensed nor insured, the value of the damages will be collected from the owner and if the party who caused the accident disclaims to pay, then the claim and its documents will be transferred to the legal affairs directorate in order to collect them officially and in cooperation with the  Ministry of Finance .
6- Give the vehicle owner a verification document after collecting the damages' value resulting from the accident .

1. Certified copy of the accident report clarifying the affected properties belonging to this ministry
2. Copy of the insurance contract
3. Copy of the ID card of the vehicle’s owner
4. An estimate statementof the damages’ value resulting from the accident
5. The address and the phone number of the owner of the vehicle and
6. Receipt from the insurance company with the value of the exemption
